HELPER INFORMATION

Congratulations! I have hired you because I know that you are focused, responsible, and dependable. I also want to thank you for committing to this job. The helpers help make my classes a success. Indeed, there are classes that would be impossible to teach without you!

Everyone has to miss helping some weeks. An intern contact list will be sent to you, via email, the second week of class. I ask that you (or your parents) take the responsibility to call up to 4 families in search of a replacement whenever you cannot make class. If none of the helpers you call can substitute for you, it will be my problem and responsibility, when you let me know.

Please leave a message for me, and start calling as soon as you know there is a problem.

Also, please “mix up the list”- don’t always call the first four people! The list is divided into sections. If you help in a Level 1 class, you will probably need to use the bottom list- these are helpers who are available during school hours. If you help in Level 4, Group Piano, use the top list. Everyone else may use the top or middle list.
