INTRODUCTORY CLASS (3-4 YEAR OLD) SUMMER REGISTRATION FORM   This introduction to music is a one year, pre-instrumental, music program for 3-4 year old children. Classes focus on exploring the world through music in a small group setting (class size 6-8). This curriculum provides a joyful and exciting introduction to the many facets of music. Activities: Rhythm work through movement, chants, singing, and percussion instruments Hands on exploration of many acoustic instruments (Violin, Bass, Trumpet, Trombone, Dulcimer, etc.) Many folk dances and musical games Movement in response to musical cues (high/low, loud/soft, short/long, etc.) Singing, chanting, and exploring the voice Listening to sounds of nature and of home, and to music and instruments from around the world Cost: Tuition: $150/Summer Materials fees: $45 Times & Dates: Saturdays 11:15-12:00 Classes meet weekly, from May 25-July 25. There are no classes July 1-7. $45 materials fee due immediately to reserve space. Tuition ($150) due at the first lesson.
